Leadership Portland Application Process

To apply for the 2012-2013 Leadership Portland program, candidates must submit an application and two letters of recommendation, one from their employer and one from a community leader by Friday, April 13, 2012.
  • On-line applications: You must fully complete each section. Essay questions should be limited to 150 words. Compose each of the required essays using a word processing program in case you experience technical difficulties while submitting the form. This will also provide you with a copy of your application for your records.
  • Bios and pictures: Please email a bio and picture of yourself to the Program Manager when you submit your application. View a sample bio. Pictures need not be professional, but must be high quality (at least 1 MB in size).
  • Two letters of recommendations are required. It is up to the candidate to ensure that both letters are received by the deadline.

  • Tuition: Tuition is $2,850, due at the time of acceptance into the program and is nonrefundable.
