
Member-to-Member Program Overview
How it Works
All member companies are encouraged to offer discounts to fellow members and their employees.
The participating business must determine their policies regarding acceptance of the coupon, what the discount or offer is, train employees, and otherwise implement processes to insure the smooth operation of this program to the benefit of their business.
This program is open only to members-in-good standing of the Portland Business Alliance. There is no charge for participating in the program.
Member companies offering discounts receive special designation on the Alliance web site and in the Business Directory with a Member-to-Member icon and coupon icon.
To participate, a member may log into the Members Only section online and post a discount offer or fill out a member-to-member discount form and fax to the Alliance office. Please allow 3-5 business days to process or post the member discount.
The participating merchant agrees to:
- Honor the discount or offer described above for a minimum of 90 days.
- Maintain status as a member-in-good-standing. Should member's dues become more than 30 days' overdue, the Alliance reserves the right to discontinue the listing on the discount page.
- Provide feedback to the Alliance on the value of the program.
