As part of our policy development and business advocacy work, the Portland Business Alliance meets regularly with Mayor Potter and his staff to discuss current issues and concerns on behalf of our membership. City Hall Communications and Activities
As of April 1, 2006, the City of Portland requires all lobbying entities to disclose meetings with members of City Council and their staffs on a quarterly basis.
City of Portland Auditor's Office
The Portland Business Alliance is submitting its second quarterly report, ending September 30, 2006. Because the City's website only contains a portion of the information we provided on meetings between lobbying entities, Council members and specific City employees, we are providing additional information not currently required by the City's reporting system.
