Refund Policy

Events
Cancellations before the confirmation date of an event will be refunded in full. After the confirmation date there are no refunds, no exceptions. Under special circumstances, the Alliance may issue Alliance credit to be exchanged for a future event.

Dues
There are no refunds of dues.

Online Store
The Alliance will process immediately refunds for ordering errors discovered before products have shipped. There are no refunds or returns after shipment.

If, under special circumstances, the above policies will not suffice, call the Alliance office at 503.224.8684 and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Privacy Policy

The Alliance sells its membership directory list of member names, owner name, address and phone number.

None of the personal information that we collect for Alliance related services is distributed to third party companies. Personal information of our members or customers is used for Portland Business Alliance services only and never sold or distributed.
